SWAROVSKI OPTIK have released new, high-performance, light and compact spotting scopes called the STC/ATC.
Many birders are now looking for lighter and more versatile equipment to accompany them on day-to-day birding sessions and tours.
Small but powerful scopes are finding themselves on the shopping lists of those who go birding across rough terrain and remote areas where setting up tripods to capture elusive species and moments proves tricky.
With a small pack size, light weight, and with outstanding optics to allow you to make out even the smallest details, the new high-performance and yet surprisingly light and compact ATC/STC spotting scopes are the perfect choice.
They are convincing proof that small dimensions do not necessarily equate to reduced performance.
Clever versatility
The ATC/STC impresses with spectacular colour intensity and razor-sharp images.
Thought out in the minutest detail, the compact spotting scope impresses with its intuitive operation. A removable half shell is attached to the bottom of the spotting scope using the tripod thread, which allows it to rest in your hand or on a firm surface without blocking the focusing wheel (ATC) or focusing and zoom wheel (STC).
SWAROVISION technology allows you to experience crucial details with optical perfection with field flattener lenses delivering an almost flat, completely distortion-free image – right up to the edges.
To capture those special birding moments, the phone adapter allows you to quickly connect the ATC/STC to your smartphone.
The ATC/STC (17-40x56) is available in three versions: with angled view (ATC) in either Green or Burnt Orange, and with straight view (STC) in Green.
Available from October 3, 2022 - more technical data on the ATC/STC product and prices is available here.
